Dr Nuno Alves
Dr Nuno Alves works on a joint position between the Innovation Forum and the Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst proactively facilitating new corporate and scientific connections and expanding the interdisciplinary network of academics, entrepreneurs, industry professionals and policy makers of both organisations.
He has completed his doctoral studies in Clinical Neuroscience at the University of Cambridge. His clinical research focused on the regeneration of nerves after injury to the central nervous system. This project resulted in a new clinical treatment to reverse the low ability for nerves to regenerate.
Originally from Portugal, his experience has spanned throughout 5 different European countries.
