Dr Rafal Zakrzewski

Rafał specialises in corporate transactions such as private equity investments, joint ventures and acquisitions as well as debt finance, particularly syndicated lending, acquisition finance, and project finance.
He is a Counsel at Clifford Chance, one of the world's leading law firms. He has practised for many years as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales and a foreign (EU) lawyer registered with the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.
Rafał conducts research in the area of corporate finance and is a University Lecturer in Corporate Law and Transactions at the University of Cambridge. His work has been published extensively. Previously he taught various aspects of English private law at the University of Oxford (St Hugh's College) and honed his drafting skills preparing legislation at the United Kingdom’s Parliamentary Counsel Office.
