Keith Brown

Keith Brown is a Cambridge-based governance and compliance specialist, and the UK Director for Innovation Forum. He supports founders, researchers, and institutions working at the edge of biotech, medical devices, and applied innovation, helping them move from promising science to real-world outcomes without trading away integrity or safety.

Keith is the founder, of a specialist consultancy delivering regulatory, quality, health and safety, and operational resilience support across high-consequence environments. His work sits at the junction of culture and execution, combining practical compliance with institutional forensics to diagnose where systems drift into performative governance, then rebuilding conditions for psychological safety, clear decision-making, and accountable delivery.

Alongside venture support, Keith serves in local government as a councillor in St Ives, bringing evidence-led scrutiny and public-interest thinking into complex decisions.
