Description

Join Innovation Forum & Marks and Clerk LLP to know how to best manage IP to maximize company valuation. In this workshop we'll focus on different types of IP and search to make sure your idea is novel and protectable. This is part of our IMAGINE IF! 2021 programme but is open to attend.

Intellectual property (IP) amounts to the vast majority of the value in most early stage start-ups. For this reason, it is essential for start-ups to know what IP they may produce and how it can be best protected. Join Marks & Clerk in an introductory workshop to all forms of IP, including patents, trademarks, design rights and copyright, and how best to secure your IP to build value in your company. The workshop will include an introductory session covering the types of IP available before separating into break-out sessions with IP experts to discuss any specific queries you may have.

This is followed-up by our Leveraging your IP webinar on the 10th of March where we will cover long term aspects of getting value from your IP.
