Laura is a Partner in Keltie’s Life Science and Chemistry team. She has a broad academic background in biochemistry and specialises in patent matters relating to biotechnology, precision medicine, immunology, gene therapy, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, stem cells and regenerative medicine, diagnostics, medicinal chemistry, and chemical technology. Laura has a keen interest in precision medicine and medical devices and enjoys working with early stage companies, spinouts and SMEs, and providing strategic and practical advice and support.
David is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney. He specialises in the prosecution of UK and EU trade marks, trade mark audits, clearance searches and contentious matters such as trade mark opposition proceedings, infringement matters, revocation and invalidity actions. David works with clients large and small across a very broad range of sectors, and particularly enjoys working with start-up clients setting out on their journey.
